The sum of the two sides of the triangle is 15 cm, and the heights corresponding to them are 4 cm and 6 cm. Calculate the area of the triangle.

P = \frac{a \cdot h_{a}}{2} = \frac{b \cdot h_{b}}{2}

\frac{a \cdot h_{a}}{2} = \frac{b \cdot h_{b}}{2}

\frac{a \cdot h_{a}}{2} = \frac{b \cdot h_{b}}{2} \cdot 2

a \cdot h_{a} = b \cdot h_{b}

a \cdot 4 = b \cdot 6

a = \frac{6 b}{4} = \frac{3 b}{2}

a + b = 15

\frac{3 b}{2} + b = 15

\frac{3 b}{2} + b = 15 \cdot 2

3 b + 2 b = 30

5 b = 30

b = \frac{30}{5}

b = \frac{30}{5} = 6

b = 6

P = \frac{b \cdot h_{b}}{2} = \frac{6 \cdot 6}{2}

$P = 18 c n^{2}$
